このたびroidworksgallery では斎藤亮輔個展『CARPE DIEM』を開催致します。

個展のタイトル『CARPE DIEM』には「今この瞬間を楽しめ」という意味があります。
現代の若者のファッションやメイク、文化、価値観を肯定することをテーマとしている斎藤らしいタイトルとなりました。

将来への不安を感じ、日々の変化が目まぐるしい時代の中で、今という瞬間に喜びを感じ「一瞬を大切に生きる若者達」の姿を、斎藤がつくり出す深淵な青が支配する世界で表現致します。

空・海・宇宙などの現実の世界と静かなデジタル空間の両面を連想させ、その境界にある曖昧化された世界に鑑賞者が入り込んだ時、作品との間に生まれる心地よいコミュニケーションをお楽しみ下さい。

roidworksgallery is pleased to announce a solo exhibition by Ryosuke Saito, “CARPE DIEM.”

“CARPE DIEM”, the exhibition title, means “enjoy this moment.” This title most likely represents the artist and the theme of his works that affirms youth culture, fashion, makeup, and concepts of values and the artist.

In this age of anxiety about the future and rapid changes, Saito’s deep blue world depicts “young people who cherish every moment” and find joy in the present moment.

The work evokes both the real world of the sky, sea, and outer space and the quiet digital space. We hope you enjoy the pleasant communication that is created between you and the work and when you enter the blurred world at the boundary between those two.
