　かつて日本人が様々な外来文化を取り入れながらも独自の文化を形成したスタイルを、自らの絵画表現に照らし合わせて描く鈴木一世。 曲線にこだわり、鮮やかな色彩を絶妙に組み合わせ、様々な画風やレイヤーを重ねる表現に、文化や社会思想を交えて描く作品は世代を超えて高く評価されています。 Z世代を代表するアーティストとして今後益々活躍が期待される鈴木一世の10代最後の個展をお楽しみください。

　Issei Suzuki’s paintings depict the style in which Japanese people once formed their own culture while adopting various foreign cultures, in light of her own painting expression. Suzuki’s works are highly acclaimed across generations for their attention to curves, exquisite combination of vivid colors, various styles of painting, and layers of expression, as well as for their depiction of culture and social thought. Please enjoy the last solo exhibition of Issei Suzuki, who is expected to play an increasingly active role as a representative artist of Generation Z.
